Léčba neplodného muže

Léčba neplodného muže musí být založena na správné diagnostice a musí souviset s péčí o celkový zdravotní stav muže v budoucnu. Při správné indikaci má lepší výsledky než asistovaná reprodukce. Asistovaná reprodukce je indikovaná pouze v těch případech neplodnosti u muže, kdy není možné dosáhnout rodičovství méně zatěžujícím postupem pro muže i pro ženu.

Treatment of the infertile male

Treatment of the infertile male is necessarily based on the correct diagnosis, and is necessarily related to general health status of the male in the future; result by correct indication can be better than in assisted reproduction. Assisted reproduction is indicated only in these cases of male infertility, if parenthood is not accesible by less stressing approach for man and for woman.
