Komplikácie tepnovo-žilového spojenia (arteriovenóznych fistúl)

Dobrým cievnym prístupom rozumieme kvalitne vytvorenú a dostatočne rozvinutú tepnovo-žilovú spojku, tzv. a-v fistulu (AVF), ktorá umožňuje opakovane napojiť pacienta na hemodialyzačný prístroj. Uspokojivé rozvinutie a dlhodobá funkcia a-v fistuly závisia od stavu ciev pacienta, od priesvitu končatinových artérií a vén, od technického prevedenia a-v fistuly a od jej správneho pooperačného a podialyzačného ošetrovania.

Complications of the arterial-venous junction

A good vascular approach is a well-established and sufficiently developed arterial-venous clutch called And-in fistula (AVF), which allows the patient to be repeatedly connected to the haemodialysis device. Satisfactory development and long-term function and-in fistula depend on the condition of the patient‘s blood vessels, from the passage of the extremities and Vén, from the technical design and-in the fistula and from its proper post-operative and post-dialysis treatment.
