Manická epizoda po prodělání covid-19 pneumonie

Covid-19 je onemocnění postihující hlavně respirační systém, projevy infekce však mohou být multiorgánové. Dopady infekce na duševní stav pacientů nelze opominout. V této kazuistice prezentujeme případ patnáctiletého chlapce, u kterého došlo k rozvoji manické symptomatiky po odeznění akutní fáze onemocnění.

Mania after COVID-19 pneumonia

COVID-19 is a disease affecting mainly the respiratory system, but the manifestations of the infection can be multi-organs. The effect of this disease on the mental state of patients cannot be neglected. In this case report, we presents the case of a fifteen years old boy who developed manic symptoms after the acute phase of the disease.
