Kazuistika 30-ročného pacienta s diagnózou bipolárnej afektívnej poruchy
Bipolárna afektívna porucha patrí do skupiny afektívnych porúch, ktorá je veľmi špecifická a rozmanitá z hľadiska etiopatogenézy, diagnostiky aj liečebného postupu. V tejto kazuistike opisujeme priebeh ochorenia a terapeutický prístup u jedného z pacientov s týmto ochorením, prinášame tak priamy pohľad z praxe. Naším cieľom je nielen vyliečiť akútnu fázu ochorenia, ale zamerať sa na stabilizáciu stavu a prevenciu relapsu a pokúsiť sa ponúknuť pacientovi lepšiu kvalitu života. V prípade bipolárnej afektívnej poruchy je to o to zložitejšie, keďže ide o ochorenie, pri ktorom sú výkyvy nálady periodického charakteru. Terapia „ušitá na mieru“ zlepšuje spoluprácu pacienta s psychiatrom.

Case report of 30-year old patient with diagnosis of bipolar affective disorder Bipolar disorder belongs to a group of affective disorders that is very specific and various in the aspect of etiopathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment. In this case report, we describe the course of the disease and the therapeutic approach in one of the patients with this disease, bringing a direct view of practice. Our goal is not only to cure the acute phase of the disease but to focus on stabilizing the condition and preventing relapse and try to offer the patient a better quality of life. In the case of a bipolar affective disorder, this is all the more complicated as it is a disease in which the mood swings of periodic character. „Tailor-made“ therapy improves patient cooperation with a psychiatrist.
