Lokální léčba postherpetické neuralgie 5% lidokainem v náplasti (Versatis®)
Postherpetická neuralgie je velmi bolestivá komplikace pásového oparu (Herpes zoster), která ve významném procentu postihuje pacienty ve vyšším věku, většinou polymorbidní a křehké. Nalézt vhodnou terapii, kterou pacient snáší a přináší mu úlevu, je často obtížné. Versatis, 5% lidokain v náplasti, může být pro tyto pacienty řešením. Uvedená kazuistika dokládá studiemi potvrzený dobrý účinek Versatisu tam, kde jiné léky selhaly.

Local therapy with 5 % lidocain medicated plaster (Versatis®)
Postherpetic neuralgia is a very painful complication of shingles (Herpes zoster), which affects a significant percentage of elderly patients, mostly polymorbid and fragile. It is often difficult to find the appropriate therapy that bring relief pain and can be tolerate. Versatis, 5 % lidocaine medicated patch may be a solution for these patients. This case study proves that the good effect of Versatis has been confirmed by studies where other drugs have failed.
