Diagnostika a terapie myastenických syndromů – komentář k aktualizované verzi německých doporučení
Německá doporučení jsou první, která vznikla po příchodu nových léčiv. Jejich úhrada v České republice se liší, stejně jako socioekonomická situace. Nicméně myšlenka rozšíření pozornosti odborníků na všechny aktivní formy generalizované myastenie gravis, nikoliv pouze na refrakterní pacienty, si nepochybně zaslouží pozornost. Proto nyní odborné veřejnosti předkládáme velmi stručné shrnutí německých doporučení v českém jazyce.

Diagnosis and treatment of myasthenic syndromes – commentary on the updated version of the German guidelines
The German guidelines are the first to have been developed following the introduction of novel therapeutic agents. Reimbursement of these therapies in the Czech Republic differs, as does the socioeconomic context. Nevertheless, the concept of extending clinicians’ attention to all active forms of generalized myasthenia gravis, not only to refractory patients, clearly deserves consideration. Therefore, we present a very concise summary of the German guidelines in Czech for the professional community.
