Liečba bolesti počas tehotenstva
S problematikou farmakoterapie počas tehotenstva sa stretávame stále častejšie. Je to ovplyvnené celým radom faktorov, medzi ktoré patria predovšetkým zvyšujúci sa vek rodičiek a s tým súvisiaci zvyšujúci sa počet chronických chorôb. Liečba bolesti v gravidite je často sa vyskytujúcim problémom. Tehotná žena môže zažívať bolesti z najrôznejších príčin (stomatologické zákroky, traumy, bolesti hlavy, nevyhnutné operačné výkony z terapeutického alebo diagnostického dôvodu). Aj pri dostupnosti vhodných analgetík pre terapiu akútnej i chronickej bolesti by sa nemalo zabudnúť aj na nefarmakologické - režimové opatrenia, ako napríklad lokálna aplikácia chladu, šetrná rehabilitácia, cvičenie alebo akupunktúra. Liečba bolesti počas tehotenstva je nevyhnutná a treba voliť účelnú, ale hlavne bezpečnú farmakoterapiu pre tehotnú ženu a jej plod. Cieľom tohto článku je podať obšírnejší prehľad použitia analgetík počas tehotenstva.

Treatment of pain during pregnancy
We are encountering the problematics of pharmacotherapy during pregnancy more and more frequently. It has been influenced by a whole range of factors to which belong, mainly the increasing age of women in labour and the increase in the number of chronical illnesses related to it. Treatment of pain during pregnancy is a frequently occurring problem. A pregnant woman may be experiencing pain for various different reasons (dental surgeries, traumas, headaches, inevitable surgical procedures for therapeutic or diagnostic reasons). Although suitable analgesics are available for the therapy of acute and chronic pain, we should not forget about non-pharmacological - regimen therapies, as for example local application of cold, cautious rehabilitation, exercising or acupuncture. Treatment of pain during pregnancy is inevitable and it is required to choose efficient, but above all safe pharmacotherapy for a pregnant woman and her foetus. The goal of this article is to give a more elaborated overview of the application of analgesics during pregnancy.
