Specifika ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty s ureteroileostomií

Vytvoření ureteroileostomie se v posledních letech stává častým řešením onemocnění urologického systému. Důvodem je vzrůstající počet pacientů s karcinomem močového měchýře, který je nejčastější indikací k uvedené derivační operaci. Ošetřování pacienta s ureteroileostomií má svá specifika a vyžaduje orientaci v dané problematice.

The specifics of nursing care for patients with ureteroileostomy

Lately ureteroileostomy becomes common solution to dealing with diseases in urinary system. Reason for that is in increasing number of patients diagnosed with bladder cancer that is most frequently the indication to stated derivation surgery. Medical treatment of patient with ureteroileostomy has its own specifics and it requires specialization it this issue.
