Regenerace sliznice močového měchýře po chronických zánětech

MUDr. Jakub Pavelka, MUDr.

Z dlouhodobého poškození pak vyplývá odhalení a dráždění nervových zakončení uvnitř stěny měchýře s následnými obtížemi. Ty jsou nejlépe charakterizovány v relativně těžko uchopitelné modalitě nazývané intersticiální cystitida. Onemocnění způsobující na jedné straně pacientům vleklé obtíže shrnuté pojmem syndrom bolestivého měchýře a na straně druhé lékaři svízelnou situaci v léčení, které často nevede ke kýženému vyléčení.

Kľúčové slová: regenerace sliznice, chronický zánět, syndrom chronické pánevní bolesti, terapie.

Bladder mucosa regeneration after chronic inflammations

The urinary tract is the second most often location of infections in the human body. Repeated and inappropriately treated infections cause weakening of bladder mucosa, which has relatively restricted means of regeneration. As a result of long-time damaging of the epithelium, revealing and irritating of nerve endings inside the bladder wall with consequent difficulties occur. Those complaints are best characterised in a hard to catch modality called interstitial cystitis. It is an illness summarised as Painful Bladder Syndrome causing lingering troubles to patients on one hand side, on the other hand putting the physician in a difficult position in the question of treatment that often does not lead to the desired healing.

Keywords: mucosa regeneration, chronic inflammation, painful bladder syndrome, therapy.
