Pseudoaneurysma renální arterie po enukleaci tumoru ledviny

Kazuistika popisuje případ 73letého pacieta, u kterého byl zjištěn tumor levé ledviny. Pacient podstoupil otevřenou enukleaci tumoru s histologickým nálezem světlobuněčného renálního karcinomu T1a, G4 dle Fuhrmanové. S odstupem dvou týdnů došlo v pooperačním průběhu k silné hematurii. Následným dovyšetřováním bylo zjištěno arteriální pseudoaneurysma v místě enukleovaného nádoru. Pseudoaneurysma bylo uspěšně angiologicky embolizováno a pacient byl dále bez potíží.

Renal artery pseudoaneurysm after open renal enucleation

This case study presents 73-year-old patient with renal carcinoma. An open renal enucleation was performed, followed by histological examination of the tumor, which determined that this was a case of light-cellular renal carcinoma. Two weeks later, patient presented with heavy hematuria. Following examinations showed renal artery pseudoaneurysm in the place of the extracted tumor. An embolisation was successfully performed to cure the pseudoaneurysm. The patient remains stable, with no post operation complications.
