Indikace, výsledky a význam časné opakované transuretrální resekce tumorů močového měchýře

Časná opakovaná transuretrální resekce nádoru měchýře slouží ke zpřesnění stadia onemocnění a k vyloučení ponechání remanentního tumoru v měchýři po primární resekci. Přehledový článek se zabývá indikacemi a výsledky časné opakované resekce, uvedeny jsou i vlastní zkušenosti pracoviště autora.

Indications, results, and significance of early repeat transurethral resection of bladder tumours

Early repeat transurethral resection of bladder tumour is used to refine staging of the disease and to rule out residual tumour left behind in the bladder after primary resection. The review article deals with the indications for and results of early repeat resection, and presents the experience of the author’s workplace.
