Žalúdočný leak po laparoskopickej sleeve gastrektómii – kazuistika

Laparoskopická sleeve gastrektómia patrí medzi reštrikčné bariatrické výkony. Vďaka svojej technickej nenáročnosti a výborným výsledkom je v súčasnosti v našich podmienkach najviac využívanou technikou pri liečbe morbídnej obezity. Medzi najzávažnejšie komplikácie tejto techniky patrí žalúdočný leak a krvácanie z oblasti staplingovej línie. Momentálne neexistujú jednotné postupy pri liečbe pacientov so žalúdočným leakom. Kazuistika sa venuje manažmentu pacientky po sleeve gastrektómii s leakom v oblasti staplingovej línie.

Gastric leak after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy - a case report

Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy is one of the restrictive bariatric procedures. Due to its technical complexity and excellent results, it is currently the most widely used technique in the treatment of the morbid obesity. The most serious complications of this technique are gastric leak and bleeding from the stapling line. There are currently no uniform procedures for treating patients with gastric leak. The case report deals with the management of a patient after sleeve gastrectomy with a leak in the area of the stapling line.
