Nepoznaná iatrogénna lézia žlčových ciest – kazuistika

Autori v úvode článku rozoberajú patogenézu, klasifikáciu a manažment liečby iatrogénnej lézie žlčových ciest vzniknutej pri laparoskopickej cholecystektómii. V samotnej práci predkladajú kazuistiku pacientky operovanej pre symptomatickú cholecystolitiázu, ktorá mala urobenú laparoskopickú cholecystektómiu na inom pracovisku. V krátkodobom pooperačnom období bola opakovane hospitalizovaná na chirurgickom oddelení pre podrobne nižšie uvedené ťažkosti. Pre podozrenie na léziu žlčových ciest bolo napokon v našej nemocnici realizované ERCP, pri ktorom sa pracovná diagnóza lézie žlčových ciest potvrdila. Po doplnení CT vyšetrenia bola pacientka ihneď prijatá na našu kliniku a po zhodnotení internistom a anestéziológom bola semiurgentne operovaná.

Unrecognized iatrogenic bile duct lesion

In the introduction the authors are concerned on the pathogenesis, classification and therapy management of the iatrogenic lesion of the biliary tract arisen upon the laparoscopic cholecystectomy. In the work they present the case report of the female patient having surgical intervention due to the symptomatic cholecystectomy for which the patient had the laparoscopic cholecystectomy at the other hospital. During the short-term after surgery period the patient was repeatedly hospitalised at the surgery department for the below detailed complications. Due to the suspected lesion of the biliary tract our hospital realised ERCP which confirmed the working diagnosis of the lesion of the biliary tract. After the completion of CT examination, the patient was immediately admitted to our clinic and after the internist and the anaesthesiologist evaluation the patient was semiurgently operated on.
