Úroveň spirituality a úspešnosť liečby u závislých

Úvod:Táto práca vznikala ako osobná potreba viac porozumieť pacientom v liečbe a zistiť protektívne faktory podporujúce proces uzdravovania sa ľudí s diagnostikovanou závislosťou. Súčasne s touto potrebou sa vynorila aj potreba aspoň trocha viac porozumieť spiritualite ako takej. Cieľom práce bolo zistiť úroveň spirituálnej pohody − ,,tento termín sa opisuje ako stav akceptácie seba, druhých a pozitívnych dispozícií smerom k životu, nádeje a životnej zmysluplnosti u závislých, u ktorých sme zaznamenali zlepšenie klinického stavu počas odvykacej liečby,“ Farský (1). Zamerali sme sa na úspešnosť terapie a na spiritualitu ľudí s diagnostikovanou závislosťou. Cieľom bolo zistiť vzájomné súvislosti týchto premenných počas liečby. Postup a metodika:Vyplňovanie dotazníkov v Odbornom liečebnom ústave psychiatrickom, n. o. na Prednej Hore trvalo od januára 2012 do januára 2013. Zber údajov sa realizoval dvakrát počas liečby. Po 2 týždňoch adaptačnej doby na liečebný režim boli pacientom v prvej časti výskumu administrované štandardizované škály zamerané na spiritualitu a na meranie efektu terapie. V poslednom týždni liečebného procesu a teda v druhej časti výskumu bol administrovaný dotazník na vyhodnocovanie úspešnosti liečby. Súbor tvorili tí pacienti, ktorí podpísali dobrovoľný súhlas s účasťou vo výskume. Záver: Z výsledkov vyplynulo, že čím vyššiu spirituálnu pohodu majú závislí, tým je aj vyššia pravdepodobnosť ich úspešnosti v procese samotnej liečby, čo môže zákonite viesť aj k vyššiemu efektu čo sa týka samotnej úspešnosti odvykacej liečby a tým k dlhodobejšej, až celoživotnej abstinencii. Celková úspešnosť v procese liečby okolo 50 % poukazuje na potrebu ďalšieho zlepšovania terapeutickej práce a hľadania, ako aj aplikovania protektívnych a efektívnejšie využívaných prostriedkov na docielenie vyššej úspešnosti.

Level of spirituality of addicts and treatment success

Introduction: This work was created as a personal need to understand more patients in treatment and identify protective factors that support the healing process of people struggling with addiction. Simultaneously with this, it has emerged the need for at least a little more understanding of concept of spirituality. The aim of work: It was to determine the level of spiritual well-being, ,,This term describes as a state of acceptance of yourself and others available positive towards life, hope and life meaningfulness addicts, who have experienced clinical improvement during his treatment,“ Farský (1) hope and life meaningfulness addicts, who have experienced clinical improvement during his treatment. We focused on the success of therapy and spirituality of people receiving treatment their addiction. The aim was to determine the interdependencies of these variables, during treatment, and whether these events are related. The procedure and methodology:Administration questionnaires expert psychiatric institutionalization, at Predná Hora lasted from January 2012 to January 2013. Data collection was conducted twice during treatment. After two weeks of adaptation period patients on the regimen they were in the first part of the research administered standardized scale focused on spirituality and to measure the effect of the therapy. In the last week of the healing process and therefore in the second part of the research was administered if only questionnaire for evaluating the success of treatment group consisted of those patients who signed a voluntary consent to participate in research. Conclusion: The results obtained, that patients have spiritual needs, and there is also more likely their success in therapies may also lead to an increased effect with regard to the success of treatment, and thus the longer term, to lifelong abstinence. The overall success rate in the treatment process around 50% points to the need for further improvement of therapeutic work and finding and applying of protective and efficient use of resources to achieve greater success.
