Vysokodávkovaná chemoterapia s autológnou transplantáciou krvotrvorných buniek zlepšuje liečebné výsledky u mnohých hematologických malignít. V tomto prehľade sú diskutované princípy, indikácie, výber pacientov, technika, výsledky u leukémií, lymfómov a iných ochorení a včasné i neskoré komplikácie.

HIGH DOSE CHEMOTHERAPY WITH AUTOLOGOUS HEMOPOIETIC CELL TRANSPLANTATION

High dose chemotherapy with autologous hemopoietic cell transplantation improves treatment results in multiple hematological malignancies. Principles, indications, patient selection, techniques, results in leukemias, lymphomas and other diseases, early and late complications are discussed in this review.
