Manažment kožných toxicít spojených s podávaním inhibítora receptora ľudského rastového faktora cetuximabu v kombinácii s chemoterapiou alebo rádioterapiou

Obraz kožných toxicít spojených s podávaním EGFR inhibítorov (EGFR-i) sa môže prelínať s obrazom radiačnej dermatitídy, pokiaľ sa podávanie EGFR-i kombinuje s rádioterapiou. Ak sú závažnejšie, treba meniť naplánovanú liečebnú schému. Poznanie týchto reakcií a ich adekvátne terapeutické riešenie je predpokladom úspešnej cielenej onkologickej liečby.

Management of skin toxicities associated with epidermal growth factor inhibitor cetuximab in combination with chemotherapy or radiotherapy

Image of skin toxicities associated vith EGFR-i therapy may overlap with radiation dermatitis, when EGFR-i therapy is combined with radiotherapy.When they are serious ,it is necessary to change before planned treatment regimen.To recognize such type of reactions and appropriate therapeutic management is assumption for achievement of targeted oncological terapy.
