Syfilis, reinfekcia Treponema pallidum a koinfekcia vírusom HIV – kazuistika

Kazuistika pojednáva o reinfekcii T. pallidum u liečeného syfilitika, o sérologickom obraze reinfekcie, o spôsobe verifikovania reinfekcie, liečbe a ďalšej dispenzarizácii pacienta. Poukazuje na nutnosť ďalšieho sledovania pacienta s rizikovým sexuálnym správaním z hľadiska sérologického aj klinického s dôrazom na včasnú diagnostiku a terapiu prípadných ďalších sexuálne prenosných infekcií.

Syphilis, syphilis reinfection Treponema pallidum, HIV coinfection – casuistry

The casuistry deals with the reinfection of T. pallidum in the treated syphilitic patient, the reinfection serological picture, the way of verification of the reinfection, treatment and futher dispensarisation of the patient. The necessity of further monitoring of the patient with risky sexual behaviour is stressed from both serological and clinical point of view, with the emphasis on early diagnostics and therapy of possible other sexually transmitted infections.
