Atopický ekzém z pohledu alergologa

Alergolog by měl být nedílnou součástí komplexní péče o atopický ekzém. Měl by se přednostně podílet na odhalování potenciálních i pravých spouštěčů. Diagnostických postupů má k dispozici poměrně dost, obtížná ale bývá interpretace jejich výsledků. K úspěšnosti léčby často nezbytně patří terapeutický pokus, ať již jde o eliminační diety, o nejrůznější imunointervence či dokonce o nasazení specifické imunoterapie etiologicky relevantním aeroalergenem.

Atopic eczema from the perspective of an allergist

Allergist should be an integral part of a comprehensive care for atopic eczema. Allergist should prioritize the detection of potential and right triggers. There are plenty of diagnostic procedures, but the interpretation of results is difficult. The treatment success often necessarily includes a therapeutic trial, for example the elimination diet, a variety of immunointerventions or even the specific immunotherapy by etiologically relevant aeroallergens.
