Unguis incarnatus v dermatochirurgickej ambulantnej praxi
Nechtový aparát je nedeliteľnou súčasťou dermatológie. Ak v minulosti bola liečba unguis incarnatus prevažne, ak nie výlučne, doménou chirurgických odborov, v súčasnosti nastáva odklon od radikálnych riešení. Inovované, či úplne nové materiály (tejpy, špony), nové technológie (laser, plazmový generátor) a nové priority a ciele liečby viac zohľadňujúce sanáciu s estetickým výsledkom stavajú do popredia metódy dosahujúce tieto ciele. K nim môžeme jednoznačne radiť aj soft chirurgické postupy. V rámci dermatochirurgie tieto parametre spĺňa tunelová onychoplastika, pri ktorej nutná kooperácia a správna edukácia pacienta dáva predpoklady na pretrvanie remisie.

Unguis incarnatus in dermatosurgical practice
Nail system is an inseparable part of dermatology. In the past, treatment of unguis incarnatus was mostly or entirely a domain of surgical sector however, nowadays there is a diversion from radical methods of treatment. There exist inovative or completely new materials (tapes, stretchers), new technologies (laser, plasma generator) and new priorities and objectives of treatment focusing more on reconstruction with an esthetic effect and favour the methods reaching these objectives. Some of them are soft surgical procedures. In terms of dermatosurgery tunnel (gutter splint) onychoplatic surgery meets all these requirements. Together with necessary cooperation and educating of a patient it creates conditions for long lasting remission.
