Eruptívne dermatofibrómy
Dermatofibrómy patria medzi fibrohistiocytové tumory kože s benígnym potenciálom. Najčastejšie sa vyskytujú na dolných končatinách v podobe solitárnych lézií. Eruptívny výskyt početných dermatofibrómov je veľmi zriedkavý. Predpokladá sa, že na ich vývoji sa podieľa abnormálna imunitná odpoveď. Erupcia dermatofibrómov môže byť prvým znakom vývoja autoimunitného ochorenia alebo ochorenia spojeného s alteráciou imunity (napr. systémový lupus erythematosus, HIV, sarkoidóza), resp. môže poukazovať na nedostatočný manažment pacienta. Autori prezentujú prípad 32-ročnej ženy s anamnézou systémového lupusu a tvorbou početných hyperpigmentovaných papúl na tele so subjektívnym pocitom svrbenia, bolestivosťou a exulceráciou v miestach tlaku. Histologické vyšetrenie lézie potvrdilo diagnózu dermatofibrómu, vo vzorke boli súčasne pozorované zmeny typické pre systémový lupus. Po navýšení dávky antimalarík došlo k stabilizácii stavu a postupne k zastaveniu vzniku nových dermatofibrómov.

Eruptive dermatofibromas
Dermatofibromas are fibrohistiocytic tumors of the skin with benign potential. They occur most frequently on the lower limbs, typically as the solitary lesions. The eruptive development of numerous dermatofibromas is very rare. An abnormal immune response can be involved in the creation of dermatofibromas. The eruption of multiple lesions can be the first sign of an autoimmune disease or disease associated with immune alteration (such as systemic lupus erythematosus, HIV, sarcoidosis), respectively may indicate insufficient patient management. The authors present a case of a 32-year-old woman with a history of systemic lupus and the formation of numerous hyperpigmented papules on the body with subjective itching, pain and exulceration at the areas of pressure. Histological examination of the lesion confirmed the diagnosis of dermatofibroma. The typical changes of systemic lupus were observed in the sample. The eruption of dermatofibromas stabilized after increasing the dose of antimalarics.
