Na prípade vraždy spáchanej pacientkou psychiatrickej nemocnice autori prezentujú skutočnosť, že štandardné psychiatrické zariadenia nie sú schopné plne zvládnuť psychicky chorých pacientov s problémovým správaním. Jediným riešením je zriadenie detenčného psychiatrického pracoviska pre potenciálne nebezpečných pacientov, páchateľov násilnej trestnej činnosti.

Murder at psychiatric clinic

The authors suggest in connection to case report on the murder committed by patient at psychiatric clinic that the standard psychiatric facilities are not able to fully control psychiatric patients with problem behavior. They propose as the only solution to create detention psychiatric facility for the potentially dangerous patients who are committing violent crimes.
