Vplyv antidepresív na lipidový profil

Porucha lipidového metabolizmu je súčasťou metabolického syndrómu a systémových porúch metabolizmu, ktorých výskyt u daného jednotlivca sa vzájomne podmieňuje, ale presná kaskáda vzniku nie je dosiaľ jasná. Účinok antidepresív alebo patofyziológia depresie v lipidovom metabolizme nie sú taktiež dostatočne objasnené. V našej práci sme si dali za cieľ zistiť vplyv jednotlivých typov antidepresív (SNRI a SSRI) práve na zmeny hodnôt lipidového profilu – triglyceridov, LDL a HDL.

The effect of antidepressants on serum lipid parameters

The disorder of lipid metabolism is part of the metabolic syndrome and systemic metabolic disorders, which affects the individual are mutually conditional, but the exact cascade formation is not yet clear. Effect of antidepressants and the pathophysiology of depression in lipid metabolism are not well enough understood. In our work we had to determine the effect of different types of antidepressants (SNRIs and SSRIs) to change the values of lipid profile – triglycerides, LDL and HDL.
