Lékořice – terapeutické účinky a možné interakce

Článek uvádí obsahové látky drogy Liquiritiae radix (kořen lékořice), jejich terapeutické účinky, dávkování a poukazuje na možné interakce s léčivy. Upozorňuje zejména na interakce s diuretiky, kortikosteroidy, digoxinem a kontraceptivy. Uvádí riziko vzniku pseudoaldosteronizmu a hypokalemie při dlouhodobém užívání.

Licorice – therapeutic effects and possible interactions

The present article describes the active compounds in licorice root, their therapeutic effects, dosage, side effects and possible interactions of this drugs with other medications. Also is reported the danger of pseudoaldosterism and hypocalemia after long-term use of this drug.
