Přínos vylučovací urografie v diagnostice dilatací horních močových cest v dětské urologii
A CONTRIBUTION OF EXCRETORY UROGRAPHY IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF UPPER URINARY TRACT DILATATIONS IN PAEDIATRIC UROLOGY Ultrasonography and dynamic diuretic scintigraphy are the basic examination methods of upper urinary tract dilatations nowadays. But also in present days, when these less straining methods are preferred, excretory urography has still its important position. It usually enables to assess the morphology very well, indirectly functional status of the kidney or its segment too. The most contributing is the assessment of obstruction grade by furosemide test in uncertain finding at MAG3 scintigraphy, when an obstruction of pelviureteral or ureterovesical junction is suspected. Key words: children, pelvicalyceal system dilatation, excretory urography.
