Nevenerická kožní onemocnění zevního genitálu u mužů

Non-veneral diseases of male external genitals Non-venereal skin disorders localized to the genital area present in a diverse manner clinically. Many belong to skin diseases, and affect male genitals either by distribution or by chance, while others are localized to this area. Differential diagnosis include sexually transmitted infections and malignant epidermal tumours. The possibility to observe and touch skin lesions facilitates diagnostic conclusions.The laboratory tests, skin biopsy, bacterial, fungal and viral culture from skin and other specimens, immunofluorescent and immunohistological examinations are vital for an accurate diagnosis.
