Lymfomy varlat

TESTICULAR LYMPHOMAS Testicular lymphomas are very rare and prognostically relevant. They represent less than 1 % of all lymphomas. They occure in men over the age of 60, only rarely in younger. The most common histological type is diffuse large cell B-lymphoma. The management approach consists of high inguinal orchiectomy followed by chemotherapy including doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide, vincristine, corticoids and radiotherapy. Key words: testicular lymphomas, diffuse large B cell lymphoma, management approach.
