Karcinom penisu

Penis cancer – a review article Carcinoma of the penis incidence is about 0,5–1 %. The most often malignant tumour of the penis is a spinocellular carcinoma. This review article summarises problems of this disease. Due to very low incidence of the penis carcinoma either larger multicentre surveys or outcomes of long-term follow up are not available. Consequently, there are no unified therapeutic standards for the treatment of primary carcinoma and no treatment regarding lymph nodes involvement. The aim of this article is an information about contemporary diagnostic, therapy and follow up. Stated guidelines were designed by EAU at the basis of analysis of experience from so far published surveys. Keywords: Carcinoma of the penis, diagnostic, therapy, follow up.
