A diabetic patient at urologists In the presented brief outline the author deals in typical manifestations and complications of diabetes mellitus seen in the area of renals and urinary ways. At first diabetic nephropathy, contrast nephropathy, complications conected with bacterial infections of kidneys and external genitale and specific manifestationes of diabetes in the nephrotic area are outpointed. The feasibility of diagnostics at out-patients department and the therapy of these states, meanly at the in-patients department are gathered. Key words: diabetes mellitus, kidneis, urinary ways.
