BENIGN RENAL TUMORS Benign renal tumors are not frequently. Preoperative diagnosis is often difficult as they can mimic renal cell carcinoma clinically and radiologically. They often have not charakteristics features on ultrasound and computed tomography scanning which may enable their diagnosis preoperatively. Only histological examination will develop benign tumor. This article includes basic informations about characteristics, therapy and a new classification of renal benign tumors. Key words: oncocytoma, angiomyolipoma, benign tumors.
