Význam proteinů akutní fáze a neutrofilních granulocytů při diagnostice bakteriálního zánětu
The Sense of Proteins at the Acute Phase and Neutrophil Granulocytes for Bacterial Inflammation Diagnosis A quickly determination of continuesly inflammation from bacterial originate, meanly in suclings assumes a correct therapeutic proceeding: timely beginning with antibiotic treatment and if necessary an admission to hospital. Considering the character of concomitant syndroms the diference between bacterial and virous inflammation could be meanly by beginning of infectious processing a very difficult problem. The author diskuses the importance of repeated analysis some humoral (C-reactive proteine) and celular (neutrophil granulocytoses) factors, accompanied and clearly characterized the continuesly acute phase of infection. By a right interpretation of measured values and their dynamic movement we could reliabily to minimalize an incorrectly diagnose in all. Considering the short biologic half-life of serum C-reactive protheine and in the same way because of neutrofile granulocytes cirkulation, the author pointed out the recomendation of repeated both above named laboratory outfindings in an intervall from 12 do 24 hours since the inicialy analyzis. The border values of CRP but neutrofile granulocytes too, determined by the begining of bacterial inflammation, usualy will change dramatic in the term of few hours what is possible to document by repeted outfinding. Key words: bacterial inflammation, diagnosis, proteins of acute phase, neutrophile granulocytes.
