Inhalation treatment and inhalators at home Inhalation treatment is a basic strategy in most disease of respiratory systém. The principle of direct contact with the mucousal tissue quarantied the highest effect. A technical equipment makes possible the simple application. The results of inhalation treatment however depend direct on exactly application of the medicament (human factor), which appears as a most weak part of the all strategie of inhaltion treatment. The patients age involves only the course of inhalation but must not involve the result of treatment. A physiotherapeutists is helpfull to patients. The treatment rehabilitation, meanly the part of respiratory physiotherapy is an indivisible part of a complexive care in treatment of breath difficulties and increases the succes of inhalation treatment in many respiratory illness.
