Febrile cramps Febrile cramps are mostly an introduction into febrile disease and their typical manifestations are predominantly tono-clonic cramps. Cramps manifestations whatever are not the only manifestations and could have been characterized by febrile syncops with vegetative function disorders. In the case of differential diagnostics in the first place it is needy to make a differences if deals in neuroinfection, epileptic poroxysm in the frame of febrile infection, febrile syncope, but sometimes a shivering only, what is by parents often interpreted as cramp. The recomanded outfinding procedures should hel p to diagnose the state correctly, meanly the exactly medical history of the statement could help to make the right diagnose and avoid the child of not comfortable outfinding technics. In the treatment, before all prophylactic oriented, the common standart methods from the view of good prognosis are missing till now and it is important to think to negative side effects too.
