Celiakie
Celiakia Celiakia is a disease caused by mechanismes of autoimunity provoked by prolamine and gliadine at first. In genetic sensitive persons it is coming to a spread spectrum of mucosal changes in advance in jejuna mucose and to malapsorbtion, seeing as characteristic manifestationes in children in age of 8 to 20 month. But the disease is more often manifestated in a subclinical form or as oligosymptomatic or atypical diagnose and then to provide a diagnose is more difficult and the setlement may take a duration of years. The occurence of all celiakie forms in the population is high indeed. It is given in the number of 1:200 to 300 and for an early diagnose and therapy we have to considerate all variegated manifestationes of this disease.
