Alergická rýma u dětí a adolescentů
ALLERGIC RHINITIS IN CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS Allergic rhinitis is important due to its increasing prevalence, impact on quality of life of patients and serious complications. It belongs to most common chronic diseases in children and adolescents. The main ethiopathogenic mechanism of allergic rhinitis is allergic inflammation of nasal tissue. The diagnostics and therapy of allergic rhinitis is provided by GP, allergist and ENT specialist. Therapy is complex and long-lasting, consisting not only in pharmacotherapy but also in allergen eliminaton and immunotherapy.
