Nové perorálne antikoagulanciá v klinickej praxi z pohľadu hematológa
New oral anticoagulants (NOAC) represent a group of drugs with convenient anticoagulant capacity and hemostatic control ensuring the reduced risk of bleeding complications. The article deals with pharmacology, clinical indications of NOAC and their interactions, including a choice of the accurate anticoagulant drug according to clinical situation, laboratory monitoring, management of bleeding during therapy with NOAC and reversal of NOAC.
