Chemické látky v potravinách

Proper nutrition is one of the most important factors influencing human health. It provides energy, nutrients, including important essential substances. Quality and heterogeneous nutrition contributes to the good health and immunity of the individual. Despite the legislative standards, including the Food Code of the Slovak Republic, contaminants can get into the food at different stages of their processing. Some contaminants are potentially carcinogens, others have carcinogenic effect confirmed.
