Fluid treatment and pancreatic surgery
Major surgery as duodenopancreatectomy is associated with higher morbidity. Providing high- quality health care emphasis on the prevention of postoperative morbidity. The correct management of fluid therapy can reduce morbidity, mortality, hospital stay and medical costs. The goal- directed fluid therapy takes first line in modern medicine and its main purpose is an improvement of an adequate blood pressure, an organ perfusion and tissue oxygen delivery.
