Postcholecystectomy syndrome - still a current problem
Postcholecystectomy syndrome is group of symptoms, which begin after cholecystectomy. Patients still have similar disorders like before surgery. But there is a group of patients, whose disorders are not caused by cholecystectomy. In these cases, it is important differen- tiate between diseases of joints, muscles or psychiatric diseases. In therapy of postcholecystectomy syndrome dominated conservative methods, endoscopic methods, less surgery.
