Úskalia diagnostiky uzlinového syndrómu na onkohematologickej ambulancii – kazuistika

The difficulties of lymph node syndrome diagnostics – case report Purpose: To describe difficult diagnostics of the patient with lymph node syndrome of rare etiology. Case: We are presenting the case report of 15 month diagnostics of the patient with lymph node syndrome of non-malignant etiology. Conclusion: Interdisciplinary specialist’s collaboration is extremely important in the lymph node diagnostics. From the hematooncologist´s point of view, it is important to draw attention to a thorough and complex evaluation of bone marrow cytomorphology. In the case of occurrence of nonhematologic elements, it is necessary to think of possible infiltration with solid tumors, parasitosis or metabolic diseases. In diagnostics the travel anamnesis may be helpful.
