Pseudolymphomas
As psuedolymphomas are designated disorders or states which their clinical manifestations simulate the malignant lymphomas and may complicate the differential diagnotics of these malignities. The typical manifestation of the malignant lymphomas is the enlargement of the lymph node whih accompanied of any affections of these organs. Because is lymphadenomegaly a synonymus of the lymphadenopathy. The causes of the lymphadenopathies are different but dominate the reactive states. In the most cases even an anamnesis and the physical examination may determine the cause of the lymphadenopathy. The more complicated is the diagnostics of the atypical and rare lymphoproliferative disorders (par example Castleman´s, Kikuchi´s or Rosai-Dorfman disease) which may be accompanied with the systemic symptoms (so named B-symptoms). In the article is the etiology of the lymphadenopathy discussed.
