Transcranial sonography with Parkonson΄s syndrome
The authors present possibilities of the use of transcranial sonography of brain parenchyma in patients with movement disorders. In the article is described the technique of examination, technical parameters and sonographic findings in patients with Parkinson´s disease, multiple-system atrophy, progressive supranuclear palsy and corticobasal degeneration.
