Malígny melanóm vzniknutý na podklade modrého névu, klinický prípad
Malignant melanoma arising from blue nevus – clinical case Blue nevi are usually clinically benign lesions tend to persist unchanged throughout life. We present a clinical case of rare malignant melanoma arising from well demarcated blue nevus. By this case we would like to point out that more attentions hould be dedicated to dermatoscopy of blue nevus, where any change in lesion should be recognised and always excised to avoid risk of potential malignancy.
