The term „confidentiality among health professionals“ encompasses a wider area than protection of medical documentation. This paper takes a comprehensive view toward the legal issues relating to confidentiality among health professionals and the protection of personal data, while seeking to provide answers to the most frequent questions found in their daily practice.
