Arginín vazopresín a jeho úloha v terapii vazoplegického šoku
Arginin vasopressin and its function of vasoplegic shock therapy
Vasodilatory shock is defined as hypotension, increased cardiac index and low systemic vascular resistance refractory to vasopressors, such as norepinephrine. Patients in refractory shock associated with severe sepsis, cardiogenic or vasodilatory shock, cardiac arrest or cardiopulmonary bypass have inappropriately low plasma levels of arginin vasopressin (AVP) − relative vasopressin deficiency. Low doses of arginin vasopressin can restore vasomotor tone in conditions that are resistant to catecholamines, with preservation of renal blood flow and urine output.
