Farmakologické ukončení těhotenství a evakuace děložní dutiny je šetrnější než instrumentální metody. Je popsán mechanizmus pů- sobení mifepristonu a misoprostolu, rizika instrumentálních metod a farmakologických metod, postup použití přípravků a současný stav použití metody v České republice.

Pharmacological pregnancy termination and uterus evacuation is more careful than the surgical methods. Mechanism ot the mifepristone and misoprostol action is described, as well as the riscs of the surgical and pharmacologic methods, the proces of the drugs application and current state of application in the Czech Republic.
