Dermatomykózy – aktuální problém

Dermatomykózy patří vedle ekzémových onemocnění a bércových ulcerací k nejčastějším kožním chorobám. Jsou to nemoci široce postihující populaci, proto je jim třeba věnovat patřičnou pozornost v preventivním slova smyslu. Jsou významné rovněž z hlediska epidemiologického, neboť jde o onemocnění více či méně infekční. Některá úporně probíhající onemocnění mohou signalizovat vážná poškození celkového stavu pacienta (diabetes mellitus, poruchy imunitního systému a pod.).

Dermatomycoses – topical problem

Dermatomycoses belong to the commonest skin diseases together with eczema and leg ulcers. They are widespread in the population, therefore requiring appropriate preventive measures. Being more or less infectious, they have also epidemiological significance. Some of them are very refractory and they can be a marker of serious disturbances of the general health of the affected patient (diabetes mellitus, immune system disorders etc.)
